Welcome to Peniel Counseling Services. My name is Dr. Oluwatosin (Tosin) Faremi, and my life’s mission is to restore hearts, rebuild lives, and walk with people through their deepest pains into healing and wholeness.

I am a professional Christian counselor, certified mental health and addiction therapist, ordained minister at Christ Ambassador Powerhouse Ministry, volunteer with Prison Fellowship Ontario, humanitarian, speaker, coach, and mother. I hold a PhD in Counseling, a PhD in Ministry, a Master’s in Public Administration and Human Resources, and a degree in Mental Health and Addiction, with extensive training in emotional wellness, trauma recovery, and spiritual care.
